the brother from another mother
Long before Sadie came along... my parents and I adopted Coal. A rather skiddish, black fellow in desperate need of some love. After being tied to a tree and abandoned in God knows where... Coal was rescued by a firefighter and went to live with his family. Unfortunately, Coal was placed into a home with an elderly, anal chihuahu who being the little bitch she was, forced Coal to live his next year in a kennel only coming out to eat. The firefighter understanding the main purpose of bringing Coal out of his abandonment was to give him a loving home realized he obviously was not fulfilling his promises to this pitiful miniature poodle. While the children loved him and nicknamed him Black Elvis - the firefighter knew this dog needed a better suited home. That's when he called my aunt Mit. Knowing my love for poodles, she immediately called me. Mom finally agreed to a trial weekend and we immediately fell in love. Although Coal continues to have bladder issues and is scared of his own shadow, he is the sweetest animal you will ever meet with the most laid back, submissive personality! He is the greatest brother Sadie could ever have even if he is from another mother who left him in the woods.
